Five. Mr A Beard, applicant of 4.4 advised the members that he purchased Hazelhurst with a view to making it a family home, however it does need improvements. He has worked with WDC on the design and hopes that the Parish Council could support the plans. Mr H Cox wished to express an objection on behalf of himself and a number of residents of Park View to application 4.1. Many of the residents of Park View are elderly and have not therefore objected direct to the Parish Council or WDC, however over half of the residents of Park View object to the application. |

The Parish Council consider that a 1.8m fence is not in keeping with the open plan nature of Park View and would set an unsightly precedent for others in this road.
Application No. WD/2013/0707/FR Location: Overdale, Court Lane, Five Ash Down Description: Proposed loft conversion and extension. Proposed rear extension. Proposed detached double garage. However, the Parish Council would request a condition is added to any permission ensuring screening to the front of the property to lessen the impact of the proposed prominent garage on the street scene.
