Application no: WD/2019/0869/F Location: MALUS, CHURCH ROAD, BUXTED, TN22 4LT Description: Proposed dwelling Applicant: Mr & Mrs Luck Agent: Mulbury Designs Buxted Parish Council response to Wealden District Council: The parish council object to this application as it considered to be overdevelopment of the site and is outside of the development boundary. Cllr Blandford also noted that there wasn’t any arboriculture survey results.

Applicant: Mr Peter Gale Agent: Mr Chris Macve Buxted Parish Council response to Wealden District Council: the parish council recommend approval for this application but would request for a legal condition to tie the annexe to the main dwelling.
