Meeting of Buxted Parish Council to be held on Tuesday 11th June 2019 at 7.30pm in Five Ash Down Village Hall.

 

The public have a right and are welcome to attend and at the discretion of the Chairman, members of the public may ask questions prior to the commencement of the business proper. Any Police update will be given at this point.

None. Finance Committee and Property Committee to meet Thursday 20th June at 7.30pm in the Reading Room, Buxted.

Finance: (i) to approve invoices for payment - to be tabled (ii) to receive bank reconciliation (iii) iii) Football Club Grant Funding – Ratification of grant for Buxted Football Club. Cllr. Roberts proposed and seconded by Cllr. Illingworth, unanimously agreed a 50% contribution towards the full costs of the new windows/doors at the pavilion.
