Application No: WD/2018/1686/F Location: Lower Totease Farm, Framfield Road, Buxted Description: Demolition of building and replacement with a dwelling Applicant: Mr & Mrs Farley Agent: Moore Planning Buxted Parish Council response to WDC: The parish council note this outside the development boundary, and within the Ashdown Forest special conservation area. The parish council are aware that there were letters of objection for the previous application for this site. The parish council cannot see that the design of this house would impact on neighbouring properties, however the parish council do not feel they are able to recommend approval or object to this application and will await to see the comments from WDC with regards to their current policies.
