Public: Two members of public present at this meeting.
The applicant of item 4.1 of this agenda spoke in connection with his application. He wished to confirm that he is not a property developer. He has lived in Buxted for ten year, working locally, with two young children at Buxted Primary School. Their wish is to enjoy the family home and outdoors area. |

Description: Demolition of agricultural building and fishing lodge and replacement with a single storey, family-sized dwelling with associated hard and soft landscaping. Applicant: Mr & Mrs Farley Agent: Moore Planning Response from Buxted Parish Council to Wealden District Council: The parish council note this outside the development boundary, and within the Ashdown Forest special conservation area. The parish council are aware that there were 6 letters of objection from neighbouring properties on the WDC website. The parish council cannot see that the design of this house would impact on neighbouring properties, however the parish council do not feel they are able to recommend approval or object to this application and will await to see the comments from WDC with regards to their current policies.
Application No: WD/2018/0798/F Location: Creteway, Limes Lane, Buxted Description: Extension to south east of existing property Applicant: Mr & Mrs I Ball Agent: SBH Design Ltd Response from Buxted Parish Council to Wealden District Council: No objections, recommend approval.

The Clerk advised that she had seen on the minutes of the WDC Planning Committee North meeting of 31st May 2018: that concern was expressed at the continued activities reportedly taking place at Binky’s Farm, Buxted, and the Team Leader (Central), Mr Moss, agreed to pass the information to the Enforcement Team
