1. Apologies: Apologies were received and accepted from Cllrs. Rose and Sheard.
2. Minutes: The minutes of the meeting of 12th May 2015 were approved and signed as a correct record by the Chairman.

Buxted Parish Council response; this application has been noted, and would like to ensure that the following condition (planning application WD/2013/1628/FR) is being adhered to: ‘Within 2 weeks of the new access being brought into use, the existing access shown on the submitted plans shall be formally closed up and the kerb, footway and verge reinstated in accordance with details submitted to and approved in writing by the Highway Authority.
