	Minutes of the Planning Committee Meeting of Tuesday 26^th February 2013 held at 7.30pm. in the Reading Room, Church Road, Buxted.
	Present: Cllrs. Dopson (Chairman), Blandford, Harding, Rose, Sheard and Warner. Also in attendance Miss B Macklen, Clerk to Buxted Parish Council
	Public: 2 – applicants to 2 Stonehall Cottages application.
1.	Apologies: Apologies were received and accepted from Cllr. Rose and WDC Cllr. Buck
2.	Minutes: The minutes of the meeting of 12^th February 2013 were approved and signed as a correct record by the Chairman.
3.	Declaration of Members Interests in respect of items on this agenda: None on this agenda

Planning Applications Application No. WD/2013/0232/F Location: Viewswood House, Buxted Description: Relocation of tennis court permitted under WD/2010/2649/F Applicant: Mr & Mrs J Haycock Agent: Speer Dade Planning Consultants No objection – recommend approval Application No. WD/2013/0185/F Location: 2 Stonehall Cottages, Royal Oak Lane, Uckfield Description: Replacement dwelling Applicant: Mrs V Holliman Agent: Mr R Larmour No objection – recommend approval

7.	Announcements: Cllr. Blandford updated the committee on the progress of the new community hall advising that a concept plan for a new hall showing the size and positioning had been favourably viewed by the local planning authority together with a clear way to move the process forwards towards formally submitting a new formal application. A BCHT meeting is due to take place on Monday 4^th March at which a full update will be given by the chairman of the Trust, Nick Tricker. Following notification from WDC, works to land known as Kiowa (on the driveway to the water treatment works) do require planning permission and the Enforcement department is investigating.
