WD/2012/0668/F April Cottage, High Street, Buxted The site has a portacabin at the side that had temporary planning consent which expired on the 20th of March 2012.  A letter was sent out to the applicant on the 30th of January 2012 informing them of the expiry date.  The submitted plans do not include the portacabin as proposed space but it is within the site area.  A note will be added to the decision notice stating that the permission does not relate to the retention of the portacabin.  As the doctors use has now moved it is unlikely that the portacabin would be granted a further consent and this space would be available for parking.  The case officer telephoned the applicant on the 10th May.  The applicant confirmed that the portacabin had been removed from site and the additional space will be made available for parking to support the practice.
