Guidelines for contributing to the discussion forum (due to go live very soon)

  • Please be civil and tasteful.
  • Please be constructive and polite; don’t contribute with the intention of causing trouble.
  • Please don’t write anything that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, abusive, threatening, harmful, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, racially offensive or otherwise objectionable.
  • Please don’t contribute material that is off-topic. We won’t allow submission of the same or very similar contributions many time from the same person.
  • Advertising or promoting is not allowed.
  • Please don’t impersonate others.
  • Please always use your real name.
  • Please don’t post URLs (web site addresses).
  • Only post messages that you want everyone to read. Otherwise contact a Councillor or the Parish Clerk via phone or email, or fill out the form on the contact page.
  • Please do not use multiple logins for the purpose of disrupting the online community or annoying other users.
  • All accounts must be registered with a valid personal email address that you access regularly so that moderation emails can be sent to you.
  • Please do not submit or share any defamatory or illegal material of any nature.
  • Please only submit or share contributions which are your own original work. Do not violate, plagiarise, or infringe the rights of third parties including copyright, trade mark, trade secrets, privacy, publicity, personal or proprietary rights.
  • We will delete any contribution which goes against the spirit of these guidelines.
