Planning Inspectorate Ref: APP/C1435/W/20/3259724

Location: TAMARISK, PARK VIEW, BUXTED, TN22 4LS

Description: First floor extension with pitched roof

Comment: On 7 August 2020 the Council granted the necessary permission for the above site. The Planning Inspectorate have received notice of a planning appeal against certain conditions attached to the planning decision and these can be viewed on the Council’s website at www.planning.wealden.gov.uk.

Finance Committee and Budget Setting

 

Approve: Draft Finance Minutes 30 November 2020

Proposal: Approval of the transfer of £24,000 from general reserves to EMR Repairs and Renewals

 Resolved: the finance committee agreed to recommend to full council not to increase the precept request for 2021-2022. This was proposed by Cllr Roberts, seconded by Cllr Illingworth and reached majority approval from the finance committee. Cllr Rose abstained.
