Minutes: The minutes of the meeting of 12th March 2019 were approved and signed as a correct record by the Chairman.

Objection – Previous developments appear to have encroached further than the existing building line and this proposal would exacerbate this. It is also considered that a 1.8m high fence is inapproparite in this rural location. The Parish Council also wish to comment that when WDC request that a hedge/landscaping is within planning conditions, the property owner should then maintain the hedge in the future.
