*Wealden District Council has decided to PLANNING PERMISSION NOT REQUIRED the above application on 20 July 2016.

Since the submission of the original planning application, it has been confirmed that the road is not classified, nor are there any planning restrictions in respect of altering the wall, therefore full planning permission is not required.  The application has been converted to a lawful development certificate for a proposed development, therefore the objections cannot be taken into account in determining whether the proposal is lawful.
